Railway police have arrested 6 miscreants in Bihar’s Patna. All these were carrying out incidents of mobile snatching in Patna. For this he was given a daily wage of one thousand rupees. The miscreants told the police – We used to go to Kingpin in the evening for mobile snatching. After that we used to hand over whatever mobiles were looted there to the kingpin. Later the kingpin will go to Nepal and sell them. The police are currently looking for the mastermind of this gang.
The GRP said – this gang was active not only in the railway station but in the entire city. A minor is also included among the six arrested accused. Railway SP Amritendu Shekhar Thakur said – The leader of this gang is Roshan Kumar (Rest. Mansoorganj Devi Sthala, Chowk). He charges the gang members daily for stealing and snatching mobile phones. 1000 was paying. The kingpin has not been arrested so far. The GRP is conducting raids in search of him.
According to the Railway SP, in view of the Pitru party and the upcoming festival, the police is conducting a special checking drive to prevent criminal incidents in stations and trains. During checking, two persons were found sitting in a suspicious condition at the eastern end of platform number one of Rajendra Nagar station. Seeing the police, both of them tried to run away.
