A case is in the news in the city where Collector Neeraj Kumar Singh sanctioned money to take the dead body to Bihar. What was supposed to happen as soon as the amount was sanctioned was to put the body in an ambulance and send it to Bihar immediately, but this could not happen due to the commission scam going on in the district hospital. A scavenger working here asked the ambulance driver for a commission to carry the dead body. This angered the ambulance driver and he refused to take the vehicle. When the information of the whole matter reached the CMHO, he immediately sent an ambulance from Ujjain and suspended the sweeper who demanded the commission.

The whole matter is that Dipanshu Paswan, who lives in Bihar, came to Ujjain with his family to have darshan of God. Deepanshu died of sudden drowning while he was bathing at the Ramghat after visiting the temples here. Dipanshu’s body was brought to the district hospital for post-mortem. From where his dead body was to be taken to Bihar. Dipanshu’s family did not have enough money to afford an ambulance to take the body home.

Seeing this condition of Dipanshu’s family, the officials of the health department immediately informed Collector Neeraj Singh about this family. Collector Neeraj Kumar Singh immediately approved an amount of Rs 43,000 through Red Cross. The matter took a new turn when despite the Collector sanctioning the amount, there was a hurdle in taking Dipanshu’s dead body to Bihar.

When Dipanshu’s body could not be sent by ambulance despite accepting the money. CMHO Dr. Ashok Kumar Patel immediately reached the post mortem room after receiving the information. Where he saw that Vishal Ghoser, a cleaner working in the post-mortem room, demanded a commission of Rs 2 per kilometer from the ambulance driver. He knew that the ambulance had to travel from Ujjain to Bihar and then from Bihar to Ujjain, a total of 3000 km. According to which he wanted 6000 rupees commission.

When Mukesh Malviya, the owner of the ambulance, refused to pay the commission, Vishal Gosar stopped the body from being kept in the ambulance. When CMHO Dr. Patel got to know the whole matter from the ambulance owner, he immediately reprimanded the sweeper Vishal Gosar. He even said shame on you, at least don’t get commission on dead bodies. After the intervention of the CMHO, Dipanshu’s body was taken to Bihar. In this matter, CMHO Dr. Ashok Patel has taken action to suspend the cleaner Vishal Gosar.
