A Major Action By The Anti-Corruption Bureau, An FIR Has Been Registered In The Scam Linked To The Delhi Government

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Monday registered a case in a scam related to the Delhi government. The matter relates to providing security in government hospitals in Delhi. The Anti-Corruption Bureau has registered a case against the security company and started an investigation.

The company is accused of colluding with Delhi government officials to harm the government exchequer. These private security agencies in connivance with government officials have looted the government exchequer by issuing fake bills of security personnel.

Many hospitals have guards posted

By security companies, GTB, Rajiv Gandhi Super Specialty Hospital, SDN Hospital, Dr. Security guards are deployed in many government hospitals including Bhim Rao Hospital, Hindu Rao Hospital. For this, the companies are paid by the Delhi government. Regular tenders are issued by the government for the deployment of security guards. After that, security companies are entrusted with the security of the hospital. Irregularities are alleged to have been committed in issuing the tender.

The employees of the security company gave the information

According to the ACB, two security personnel working in the same private security company complained to the investigating agency that the scam involved the security agency along with officials of the Delhi government. It is alleged that money is being extorted from the government by showing the same security personnel posted in different government hospitals in Delhi. In many hospitals, fake bills were paid by overcounting the number of security personnel.

Allegation of recruitment of ineligible candidates

Apart from this, there have also been allegations of recruitment of unqualified candidates. There are allegations of fake claims of ESI and Provident Fund. There are also allegations of security personnel taking bribes in the name of their jobs in government hospitals. Delhi government officials are accused of passing fake bills of private security companies.
