All the political parties are in action mode with the announcement of dates. The Congress High Command has taken a big decision in this regard.
Congress has handed over party leadership in Jammu and Kashmir to Tariq Hameed Kara. He has been made the party president. Along with this, Raman Bhalla and Tarachand have been given the responsibility of acting chairman.
