However, due to the vigilance of junior doctors, a major incident with two women doctors was averted.
Two female doctors from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College of Jabalpur were returning to the girls’ hostel after eating outside. Meanwhile, five miscreants in a car chased the women doctors to the medical campus. Where five miscreants in a car molested a junior doctor and tried to make him sit in the car. Surprisingly, miscreants in a car misbehaved with a junior doctor on the premises of the Medical College Hospital itself.

The students created a ruckus, during which the two miscreants fled the scene with a car. The entire matter was reported to Garh Police. The police took the three youths to the police station. There are no CCTV cameras around the hostel, no lights, one has to go through darkness to reach the hostel. Which is not fear free.
Navneet Saxena, dean of the medical college, says that he spoke to the police as soon as he came to know about the incident. Two women doctors from the medical college were returning to the hostel when three youths followed them to the hostel where they molested the woman doctor. With the help of security guards and other people, the three were caught. It has been said that a letter will be written to the police and action will be taken.
Garh police station in-charge Nilesh Dohre says that a letter has been written by the dean of the medical college, which is being investigated and action will be taken soon. Apart from this, security arrangements and police patrols have also been increased around the medical campus and women’s hostel.
