Police have arrested two youths in Uttar Pradesh’s Agra. Who gave a contract to throw acid on a girl in unrequited love. Another was the one who was awarded the acid throwing contract. The crazy lover gave the contract to pour acid on the girl’s face through social media. Here too the deal was finalized. The matter even reached the police when their chat went viral. They arrested both the youths in just 12 hours.
Both have been produced in court and sent to jail. Further proceedings are going on in this case. The case is from Tajganj police station area. Himanshu Chahar, who lived here, was in one-sided love with a girl. He even expressed his love to her several times, but the girl refused. Even after that he kept calling her and forcing her to talk.
Once again Himanshu called the girl. But this time the girl’s younger sister picked up the phone. He got Himanshu to talk to his elder sister. Only this was not acceptable to the crazy lover Himanshu. He planned to throw acid on the girl’s face. Himanshu Chahar gave the contract to his friend Abhishek Bhandari on Instagram to execute the whole event. The deal was struck while chatting on Instagram. In return, Himanshu also asked Abhishek to give some money.
During the chat, Himanshu was talking about pouring acid on the girl’s face and beating the young man. Abhishek finalized the deal and then the two talked about money. But both had bad luck in this matter. Their chat went viral on social media. As soon as ACP Sadar Sukanya Sharma came to know about this entire matter through social media, he contacted the higher authorities in this matter. The surveillance city team, SOG city and police station were then informed.
Abhishek was arrested first
The police arrested Abhishek before taking action. After which he mentioned Himanshu’s name. When the police reached the address given by Abhishek, Himanshu was found there. The police arrested both of them. The police solved the whole case in just 12 hours and saved a girl’s life.
The accused are apologizing
ACP Sadar Sukanya Sharma said that on getting information about the matter, he immediately formed a team and started arresting the accused. Himanshu, the contract giver, and Abhishek, the contract taker, were both arrested and produced in court. From here he was sent to jail. The person who awarded the acid pouring contract was recently released from jail. The young man who took the contract to pour acid on the girl works in a famous cafe in Sadar. Currently, further proceedings are going on in this case. On the other hand, both the accused are repeatedly apologizing to the police. Saying they won’t do it again. But the police said that strict action will be taken against them for this act.
