The young man returned to India

Young people are constantly moving abroad with dreams of good jobs and a happy life. But a job abroad gave a young man a bad experience that he would not forget for the rest of his life. The youth is a resident of Ghazipur in Uttar Pradesh. He went to Thailand for work, now back to India. The story he tells about Thailand is amazing.

Pradeep Kushwaha of Rastipur village in Gazipur went to Thailand for a job. He used to work in a restaurant there, but it was closed. Meanwhile, he also gave an interview in another company. A young man took him to Myanmar on the pretext of getting him a job from here. But he was kidnapped on reaching Myanmar. From there, the kidnappers started demanding ransom from the family members. The family informed the Indian embassy about this. After this, on the initiative of the Indian Embassy, Pradeep was released from his abductors.

Pradeep has now returned to India safely. He was given a grand welcome by his family members at the railway station in Ghazipur. Villagers welcomed him with musical instruments at Aurihar railway station on Friday. The family brought him home.

How to reach Thailand?

36-year-old Pradeep gave an online interview in January this year. After being selected in the interview, he reached Thailand for the job. There he got a job as a manager in a restaurant. Meanwhile, Pradeep became unemployed as the restaurant suddenly closed down. His dreams suddenly seemed shattered. Meanwhile, a person talked about getting a new job in May. Visited him and took him to Myanmar. He was abducted by an extremist group there. After this, the kidnappers started making Pradeep work in their call center. Also, a ransom of 8 thousand US dollars was demanded from his family members through his phone.

He came to India on the initiative of the Government of India

The abductors used to video call Pradeep with his family members for some time every day so that the ransom money could be easily collected. But due to financial constraints, the family appealed to the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh to release Pradeep. Meanwhile, the government started efforts to free Pradeep from the clutches of the kidnappers. Family members said that one day they got information that Pradeep had been rescued safely and would soon be brought to India. Pradeep reached Orihar by train one day, where family members and villagers who came to pick him up greeted him with garlands and musical instruments.
