Just like Bhansali’s web series ‘Hiramandi’ was released on Netflix, Karan’s series will also be released on Netflix. No update on the title of this series has been announced yet. If reports are to be believed, the script of the series has been finalized and its shooting will begin in early 2025. The top actresses of the film industry will be seen in this series.

A report in Bollywood Hungama has quoted a source as saying that Karan Johar’s web series is now in its casting stage and could be seen with several big actresses. Due to Karan Johar, this web series is considered to be the biggest project of Netflix. At the same time, the series can be streamed on Netflix till the year 2026. Bhansali’s ‘Hiramandi’ was popular all over the world
Before Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali has made his OTT debut with his web series ‘Hiramandi’. The series was released on OTT platform Netflix in May this year, starring Aditi Rao Hydari, Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Sanjida Sheikh, Sharmin Sehgal, Richa Chadha, Fardeen Khan, Adhyayan Suman and Shekhar Suman. The series, which tells the story of courtesans, was well-liked. Following in the footsteps of Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Karan Johar is also gearing up to make his OTT debut with a big project. As it is being said that this series of Karan is going to be made on a big budget, similarly the budget of ‘Hiramandi’ will also be very high. After this series, Karan Johar will bring a film called ‘Takht’, which will be released on the big screen. The film was announced in August 2019 and was slated to hit theaters in March 2020, but production was halted due to Corona.
