According to a Pinkvilla report, ‘Singham Again’ has earned Rs 200 crore from the sale of non-theatrical rights. This includes three types of rights. The first is satellite rights. That means the channel on which the film will be shown on TV must have paid money to Rohit Shetty and Jio Studios.

Another is digital rights. It means that whatever OTT platform film releases after 8 weeks of its release, it has also bought ‘Singham Again’ for a good amount. The third is music rights. That means Rohit Shetty has also sold the music of his film in crores. Taken together from these three rights was Rs 200 crores. The budget of the film is 250 crores. That means the film is not even released yet and it has already recovered 80 percent of its budget.

Why did ‘Singham Again’ earn so much money?

This is the first time in the past few years that some big names will be seen in the same film. Ajay Devgan is not only a part of this film, Deepika Padukone and Kareena Kapoor are also in the film.
