Ashok Choudhary, a minister close to CM Nitish Kumar in Bihar, had agitated Bhumihars from an open platform. Chaudhary said that Bhumihar was the reason behind the defeat of JDU candidate Chandeshwar Prasad Chandravanshi in Jehanabad. Meanwhile, Nitish’s minister also threatened Bhumihars. On the occasion of the inauguration of the JDU office in Jehanabad, Nitish Kumar’s close ministers Ashok Chaudhary, Umesh Kushwaha, former MP Chandraswar Prasad Chandravanshi and others reached a private hall in Jehanabad, where Ashok Chaudhary threatened Bhumihars in his speech from an open platform. He said that those who have done anti-party work in the Lok Sabha elections will not get any respect in JDU in future.

Chaudhary said that they should not even think about any position or honour. When the Lok Sabha elections come, some people go to Delhi and some people go to Mumbai. Ashok Chaudhary has indirectly targeted Jagdish Sharma, former MP from Jehanabad and his son Rahul Sharma, former MLA from Ghoshi.
After this statement of the JDU leader, there is a lot of resentment among the Bhumihar community in Jehanabad against Ashok Chaudhary and the Bhumihar voters are expressing their displeasure in their own way through social media.
