Another Barbarism On A Woman In A Kolkata Hospital, Now The Mother Of A Sick Child Has Become A Victim.

Violence against women is not stopping in Kolkata. The uproar over the rape and murder of a lady doctor at RG Kar Medical College in Kolkata has not stopped yet. Allegations of molestation of a woman have come to light in another hospital in Kolkata. Kolkata Police has arrested a youth on charges of molestation.

According to the information received from the police, the victim’s child was undergoing treatment in a hospital in Kolkata. At night the mother slept with the child. The ward boy of the hospital was accused of sexually abusing the woman while she was sleeping.

It is alleged that the accused also made a video of the girl with his mobile phone. Based on the complaint of the victim, the police of Kadia police station arrested the youth.

There have been allegations of sexual abuse at Kolkata’s Institute of Child Health. According to police sources, the victim girl is admitted to the hospital. On Saturday night, the mother slept with him in the ward on the second floor of the hospital. The woman complained that the wardboy touched her badly at that time. It is also alleged that the accused was recording his video on his mobile phone.

The woman lodged a complaint at the Kadia police station on Sunday. Based on his complaint, the police registered a case under specific sections of the Indian Penal Code. After this, the police arrested a 26-year-old youth. He is a resident of Subhashgram in South 24 Parganas and a native of Tripura.

Hospital not safe for women: Malviya

Bengal BJP central co-in-charge Amit Malviya targeted Mamata Banerjee’s government over this incident. He tweeted that government run hospitals in West Bengal are unsafe for women. After the brutal rape and murder of a young female doctor at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, a 26-year-old woman has now been molested at the Kolkata Institute of Child Health.

He said the girl victim was molested by a health worker while she was sleeping next to her sick child admitted in the children’s ward. The accused touched the woman inappropriately, made her undress and videoed it with his mobile. He said that all this is when Mamata Banerjee is not ready to accept the demand of junior doctors in West Bengal, to increase the security of government hospitals.
