According to a report published in Bollywood Hungama, National Award winning composer GV Prakash Kumar has been signed for ‘Sky Force’. If reports are to be believed, he has been roped in for the film and the work on it has also started. GV Prakash has said that he will complete his work on time so that the film can be released on time.
Oscar-winning composer and ‘RRR’ fame MM Kirwani was the first choice for the film. However, there were some differences between him and producer Dinesh Vijan, so he could not join the film. But it is possible that the two will come together for the next project. GV Prakash Kumar composed the lyrics for ‘Sarafira’. Along with this, he also gave the background score of the film.
Stars like Sara Ali Khan, Veer Pahadia and Nimrat Kaur will be seen in ‘Sky Force’ along with Akshay Kumar. It is directed by Sandeep Kewalani and Abhishek Kapoor. It may be noted that recently the director of ‘Sky Force’ Sandeep Kevalani shared a post related to the film on Instagram. It was said that the shooting of ‘Sky Force’ has been completed. Who is GV Prakash Kumar?
GV Prakash Kumar is the nephew of AR Rahman. He made his debut as a musician at the age of just 19. His first project was the Tamil film ‘Vail’ released in 2006. After this, he won the National Award for the 2010 release ‘Aadukalam’. Apart from this, he has also worked in some Bollywood films.
He also acted in ‘Joker’ in 2012 and ‘Ugli’ in 2014. Along with this, he was also associated with the Pan India film ‘Thalaivi’. Kangana Ranaut’s film ‘Emergency’ is also included in her list of projects.
