However, recently Honey Singh clearly stated in an interview that he will not cooperate with Badshah in future. Now the king has reacted to this.
Raja wants to end the fight
Badshah has taken the first step to end the long-standing feud with Honey Singh. Badshah has said that he was carrying the burden unnecessarily and has decided that he is now ready to shed it. Badshah had recently reacted to Honey Singh’s health in ‘Prakhar Ke Pravachan’ and expressed concern about his health. He said he wanted her to make a full recovery.

When asked about Badshah’s decision to move on from the feud with Honey Singh, Badshah said, “It was a personal matter, with unresolved thoughts that I had for many years. I realized that I had been holding on to something for over a decade that was no longer serving me. This became a mental burden for me. Since then I have taken this decision thinking of freeing myself from old entanglements.
Very necessary for my peace of mind
The emperor further said that he had never been enmity with anyone, so he wondered why he persisted in this fight. He said that prolonged fighting can weaken you mentally, but no attempt was made to resolve the matter. “As an artist, this is very important for my peace of mind,” Badshah said.

Badshah further said that although this fight served as a motivation for me, later I realized that it was like a tumor which was slowly growing and affecting both my present and future, so I decided to give up my life. During the same event, Badshah stopped his performance to talk about his past issues with Honey Singh. The king expressed his desire to forget his old enmity and move forward. Badshah said that more people are willing to spoil relationships than improve them. Badshah says he is leaving this chapter behind and wishes Honey Singh for the new song.
Honey Singh refused to work
However, in an interview with Llantop, Honey said that if given the chance, he would work with Raftaar, Lil Golu and Ikka as they are rising stars from the streets, but Honey Singh did not agree to work with Badshah. When asked about the rift with Badshah, Honey said, “The resentment is with our own people, not with strangers… not with customers.”
Why did Badshah and Honey Singh fight?
The ongoing feud between Badshah and Honey Singh began in 2009, when both artists left the rap group Mafia Mundir, which also included Raftaar, Ikka and Little Golu. The controversy further escalated when Honey Singh compared the Badshah to a Nano car at a press event for his film ‘Zoravar’. Because of this remark, Badshah and Honey Singh’s friendship turned into enmity.
