Charges of all the ministers were changed after the Council of Ministers meeting on Thursday chaired by UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. It means that the person who was earlier the minister of one district has now been made the in-charge minister of another district. Both Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak have been made in-charge ministers of 25 districts each. Also asked all to visit their respective districts.

CM Yogi has also retained 25 districts. It was said that the charge will be changed on the basis of rotation again in the coming days. Meanwhile, CM Yogi appealed to all the ministers to work together for mutual coordination and organization. He gave necessary instructions to convey the public welfare policies and schemes of the government to the people.

CM Yogi instructed

CM Yogi while instructing the in-charge ministers in the meeting said that the cleanliness campaign is going to be started on September 17, the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Chief Minister said that all the in-charge ministers will ensure that the districts under their charge participate in this program, so that this cleanliness campaign becomes a mass movement, for this everyone will have to make joint efforts.

The Minister-in-charge will tour the districts

He said that the in-charge minister of the district will be in charge of the district for 24 hours at least once every month. In addition, the minister-in-charge will discuss issues related to governance with the core committee and prepare a report before the concerned governance department and the Chief Minister’s Office every month.

The CM said that during his stay in the districts, he should meet with a group of respected citizens, religious leaders, progressive farmers, business associations and social leaders.

Redressal of Grievances

He said that people’s grievances should be resolved on the basis of merit in the district review meeting. Also, review reports of Law & Security, Revenue Department (inheritance, measurement, transfer, land use) including IGRS, CM Helpline etc. should be mandatorily sent to Chief Minister’s Office and concerned departments.

Verification of development projects

During the investment, physical verification of development schemes and public welfare schemes of Central and State Governments at the local level should also be done. Also during this period, do a physical inspection of any one of the Shelter, Village Secretariat, Purchase Centre, Fair Price Shop, Agricultural Science Centre.

Debate on Propaganda

At the same time, the functioning of Atal Residential School, Primary School, School, Government College, under construction Kasturba Gandhi University and College, Polytechnic and ITI should be monitored on the spot. At the same time, there should be a discussion on exploring and promoting local tourism development possibilities.

Meanwhile, a meeting should be held with the district administration and the police administration regarding the traffic problem. Also review road safety measures. At the same time, review of the development block should be done compulsorily in the district review meeting.

Inspect health facilities

Primary and community health centres, district hospitals, medical colleges should be inspected and programs should be reviewed. Ayushman card, availability of medicines, availability of doctors and paramedical staff in hospitals. It is necessary to monitor the functioning of Anganwadi Centres, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and Chief Minister Awas Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Gramya Sadak Yojana, construction of village secretariats, presence of staff deployed in villages etc.
