A trainee nurse has accused the in-charge of the emergency ward of a government hospital in Churu, Rajasthan, of molestation. The 20-year-old trainee nurse, who was training as a general assistant, was upset with emergency ward in-charge Subhash Sihag. The trainee nurse said Subhash Sihag harassed her using caste-based slurs. The troubled trainee nurse consumed the poisonous substance at home on Saturday evening. Due to which his health deteriorated. The family admitted him to the emergency ward of DB Hospital in a private vehicle. where the doctor treated him. But after drinking the poisonous substance, the trainee nurse’s health deteriorated. On which he was admitted to the medical ICU ward.
Dudhwakhra police station officer Ratanlal said that a 20-year-old girl from a village in Dudhwakhra police station area has given a statement that she is undergoing training as a GDA (General Duty Assistant) in the emergency ward of the government DB Hospital under skill development. Emergency ward in-charge Subhash Sihag took him to a room on the roof of the ward on 15th August. where she was forcibly raped.
Disturbed by molestation, the nurse drank poison
Even when the girl protested, she was molested and forced. Caste-based slurs were used to intimidate the girl. Disturbed by this incident, the girl consumed the poisonous substance in her room on Saturday afternoon. Due to which his health deteriorated.

On the other hand, the family members said that the trainee nurse said at home that Subhash Sihag had tried to force her. Saddened by that, he ate the poisonous substance.
An FIR has been registered against the accused
Currently, based on the written statement of the trainee nurse, the police have registered a case against Subhash Sihag under sections of molestation and SCST. DSP Sunil Jhazaria himself is investigating the case. He said that soon the matter will be investigated and action will be taken.
