‘CineTalkies 2024’ poster and website launch event.
The official poster and website of Sanskar Bharti’s ‘Cine Talkies 2024’ was launched on Thursday in the presence of filmmaker Boney Kapoor. Meanwhile, Pramod Bapat, Trustee of Bharatiya Chitra Sadhana was also present. The Sanskar Bharti program was inaugurated by Konkan Province Vice President Arun Shekhar, Bhojpuri-Hindi cinema producer and media personality Anand K. Singh welcomed the guests.
Pramod Bapt congratulated Sanskar Bharti for choosing Woods to Roots theme. He said the theme talks about different regional cinema industries coming together to find their soul in their Indian roots. He referred to the recent efforts of the Bharatiya Chitra Sadhana to create awareness among professional filmmakers. He said that Indian stories and storytelling have been relevant since ancient times.
Storytelling is an art
He said that storytelling is an art, which we Indians have taught the world. Now is the time for Indian filmmakers to return to their roots and explore new stories. The Indian film industry today has a huge opportunity to project the image of India as a soft power worldwide. Pramod Bapat hoped that such efforts of cine talkies would succeed in promoting a healthy exchange of ideas between the fraternity and the society.

In her address, Boney Kapoor congratulated Sanskar Bharti for organizing such events. He said that with his 50 years of experience in the film industry, he has always tried to follow the Indian policy indirectly.
Strong female character
He said that he always believes in portraying a strong female character in his films. Indian cinema and Indian stories are intertwined. He mentioned that today we can tell our stories better with the combination of advanced technology.
