CM Yogi Strict On The Increasing Attacks Of Wolves And Leopards In UP, Gave This Direction To The Officials

The terror of wild animals in several districts of UP has created a commotion across the state. Taking these matters into consideration, UP chief Yogi Adityanath held a meeting with senior officials of the forest department and police on Monday. CM Yogi held a meeting with DMs and SSPs of twelve districts through video conferencing. In this meeting, the Chief Minister gave many strict instructions to all the officers.

The CM said that a strategy should be devised to reduce accidents between humans and animals. The government is committed to the safety of citizens. Along with this, the Chief Minister said that sensitive areas should be kept on alert in view of the terror of wild animals. On the orders of the Chief Minister, the Forest Minister is constantly visiting the sensitive districts. The Forest Minister will also inspect Pilibhit and Kheri on Tuesday.

The Chief Minister gave these instructions to the Forest Department

The Chief Minister instructed the Forest Department to take the matter more seriously. With this, it was asked to deploy maximum manpower. The Chief Minister also stressed on public awareness for safety. He said that the media should be given timely information based on evidence. It has also been notified that the police have been asked to increase patrolling in the alert areas of Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Pilibhit, Sravasti, Moradabad, Hapud, Sitapur, Gonda, Meerut, Bijnor and Bareilly.

Control events at any cost

Along with this, the Chief Minister has ordered senior officials to camp in districts, seek cooperation from public representatives and arrange Petromax in rural areas where there is a problem of light. Along with this, he said, the local forest workers should be in touch with the village heads of all the villages bordering the forest through mobile phones. In Bahraich, dire wolves have killed 9 people, including 8 children.
