ED has taken major action against former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda. The investigating agency has charged HUDA, EMAAR and MGF Development Limited, among other accused, in a money laundering case of Rs. 834 crore assets have been seized. This property is located in 20 villages in Gurugram and Delhi. It is alleged that EMAAR-MGF, along with Hooda and director DTCP Trilok Chand Gupta, grabbed the land at cheap prices. Due to which not only the people but also the government suffered loss.
