Accused friend in custody of Hardoi police.
A friend killed his friend over just a few rupees in Uttar Pradesh’s Hardoi district. After committing the crime, his body was thrown in the bush. The police revealed the whole matter and arrested the accused friend. Also explained the reasons for the murder. After arresting the accused friend, the police sent him to jail.
On August 5, an unidentified body was found in the bushes on the side of the road from Raghapur to Matiamau in Malwan police station area. The deceased has been identified as Bhaiyalal, son of Ram Ratan, a resident of Bhelawa. A handkerchief was found tied around the neck of the deceased. The police were busy searching for the named accused in the case, Bablu Putra Ramchandra Katheria, resident, Dhyanikheda.
After a lot of effort, the police succeeded in arresting the accused Bablu on Wednesday. During interrogation, the accused revealed the reason for the murder. The accused said that he killed his friend Bhaiyalal because of the transaction of buying a bicycle.
A friend became a poacher on a transaction of Rs 1200.
Accused Bablu said that he and Bhaiyalal had a very good friendship. Both used to spend a lot of time together. Bhaiyalal had an old bicycle, which he wanted to sell. A deal of ₹1200 was agreed between the two to buy a bicycle. He also gave money to Bhaiyalal, but still Bhaiyalal was neither giving him the cycle nor returning his money.
He even forgot his age-old friendship because of 1200 rupees. Due to which a brawl took place between them. He was very upset with Bhaiyalal’s betrayal of friendship over money. Due to which he strangled Bhaiyalal to death and threw the body in the bush.

SP Neeraj Jadaun said that a dead body was found in the bushes on the roadside. He was identified after the body was identified. After the arrest of the accused from the evidence found near the dead body and the written complaint filed by the family members, the transaction of money and the sale of the bicycle were revealed during the interrogation.
Deceased Bhaiyalal did not give the cycle to the accused even though he had paid the money. Due to which the accused killed Bhaiyalal. After the matter was revealed, the action was taken to send the accused to jail.
