A midnight frolic in a garden in Uttar Pradesh’s Deoria turned out to be costly for a loving couple. The girlfriend invited her boyfriend to meet her here. The lover too happily reached the garden at midnight. While the love affair was going on between the two, some youths of the village came there and threatened them. They had already understood that the loving couple was going to come here. What happened next, the villagers did not notice his arrival and beat the youth with sticks. The girl was also beaten up. The families of both were informed about this.

Then the girl’s family members insisted that their daughter get married to the young man. But the young man’s family did not approve of this relationship. Due to which there was a huge uproar. The girl’s family said that we will not leave your son until he marries our daughter. They kept the young man hostage till the next day. Later the matter was settled somehow.

The incident took place in a village under Tarkulwa police station area. According to the information, a girl living here was having a love affair with a young man living in the neighborhood for a long time. He often met secretly. On Tuesday night, the girl called her lover to meet her in a garden on the south side of the village. Then some youths of the village got the charge of this matter. They followed the girl and caught both red-handed.

The villagers beat both of them badly at first. The lover was then locked in a room. On the other hand, as soon as the information was received, the families of the young man and the girl also reached the spot. The girl’s family insisted on marrying the young man and only then asked the young man to leave her. But the family of the young man was not happy for the marriage. The youth was kept hostage till the next day. After that both the parties settled the matter between themselves. In this matter, police station in-charge Mrityunjay Rai said that no such case has come to his notice.
