Gita, Who Returned From Pakistan To India, Did Something Like This… Everyone Is Praising Her, And Made This Demand To The Government

Deaf and mute Geeta, who returned to India from Pakistan, has passed her eighth standard examination with first division. Now she is seeking a job from the government. Geeta has secured 411 marks out of 600 in Madhya Pradesh State Open School Education Board 8th standard examination. He has scored such good marks in Social Science and Sanskrit that everyone never gets tired of praising him.

Indore-based non-governmental organization Anand Seva Society is trying to integrate Geeta with the mainstream of society after her return from Pakistan. Institute secretary and sign language expert Gyanendra Purohit said on Wednesday – Geeta is very excited about her exam results and is looking forward to her future with hopeful eyes. Geeta returned to India from Pakistan in 2015. Before this she lived only in Pakistan.

According to Purohit, Geeta told him through gestures over a video call that she wanted to do a government job and continue her studies. He said that the minimum educational qualification of the candidates for the recruitment of Class IV employees of Central and State Governments has been fixed as 8th pass. In this sense, Geeta became eligible to apply for this category of government jobs.

Went to Pakistan by mistake

Geeta accidentally crossed the border into Pakistan as a child about 23 years ago on a train. Pakistani Rangers found Geeta Samjauta sitting alone in an express at Lahore railway station. The deaf-mute girl was adopted by Bilkis Edhi of Pakistani social organization Edhi Foundation and kept with her in Karachi.

Returned home on 26 October 2015

Geeta was able to return home on 26 October 2015 due to the special efforts of the then External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj (now deceased). The very next day, he was sent to an NGO’s residential complex in Indore. After tracing her family in Maharashtra in the year 2021, Geeta lives in this state.
