Uttarakhand government allowed state government employees to participate in Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) branch or any other program. On Thursday, the Uttarakhand government said that the participation of state government employees in an RSS branch or any other cultural event will not be considered a violation of the Uttarakhand State Employees Conduct Rules-2002.
