Heavy Firing In Delhi, 24 Rounds Fired At Car Showroom; Narrow Escape

About 24 rounds were fired at cars and furniture parked in the showroom. However, no one was injured in the firing. After the attackers left, the owner of the showroom informed the police. A heavy firing took place on Friday evening at the Car Street showroom in West Delhi’s Narayan. According to Delhi Police, three shooters entered the showroom at 7:30 pm and started firing indiscriminately. Vehicles and furniture parked inside the showroom were fired upon. After firing, the three shooters fled from the spot. The shooter has also thrown a slip in the showroom, which reads ‘Since 2020’.

The police are investigating the CCTV footage

According to Delhi Police, the owner of the showroom said that he received several calls and messages today, which are being investigated. The shooters are being identified through CCTV cameras. Earlier also, the owner of the same car showroom received a threat, in respect of which the Delhi Police also registered an FIR. It is being investigated whether these are the same shooters or someone else.

Firing has already taken place in many showrooms earlier as well

Even before this, several incidents of car showrooms in West Delhi have come to light, for which the Himanshubhai gang claimed responsibility. Currently, the team of Delhi Police, Special Cell, FSL is investigating this firing case. A police team has been deployed to trace the three attackers. The team is busy tracing the three attackers based on the CCTV footage.

Was the firing for extortion?

After this incident, once again questions are being raised about the security system in the capital Delhi. Also, the question is being raised whether some gangs were demanding ransom from the owner of the car showroom. An ultimatum was given by firing at the showroom due to non-payment of ransom money. Jim Honor was murdered

Just a few days ago, unidentified assailants opened fire outside a gym in Greater Kailash, one of Delhi’s poshest localities. Jim Honor was killed in the firing. The attackers identified the person shot as Nadir Shah. Criminal cases were also registered against Nadir Shah earlier. Nadir is said to be linked to jailed gangster Rohit Chaudhary.
