Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, upset over the controversy over installation of name plates in Himachal Pradesh, has appealed to the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh. Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu have talked with Expressing displeasure with the Chief Minister, Kharge said that how did this issue arise? What kind of government are you?
