A crowd of MLA Fateh Bahadur Singh’s supporters gathered at the Alpha Moti Mahal Hotel after receiving information about the raid. There was an atmosphere of confusion for a long time. Many people tried to enter the hotel, but were stopped by the heavy police force present at the venue. District and Taluka level officials and employees of various departments were involved during the raid. After four hours of investigation, SDM Rohit Sharma and CO Gaurav Tripathi, who were part of the investigation team, returned with the police force.
