Jailbreak Happened By Throwing A Bomb, 341 Prisoners Escaped… Who Is Ajay Kanu? For Which The Court Will Keep Him In Jail

Whatever the culprit or culprit, it is tried in court and the judge gives the verdict. A case has come up in Bihar for which the judge himself will go to jail. The person who will be tried in jail is not a juvenile delinquent but a notorious Naxalite. This is the same Naxal who shocked the entire country including Bihar 19 years ago. The notorious Naxalite was freed by thousands of his comrades in a fierce attack on the jail. Along with this, 341 prisoners in jail also escaped.

The name of that notorious Naxalite is Ajay Kumar, also known as Ajay Kanu alias Ravi Ji. The Bihar government has arranged for a judge in Patna’s Beur Jail to hear Ajay Kanu’s case. A notification in this regard has also been issued by the General Administration Department of the State Government. The General Administration Department has clarified that Central District and Patna Sessions Judge Chedi Ram will hear the pending case against Ajay Kumar alias Ajay Kanu in reference to the order of the Patna High Court. Ajay Kanu is currently on bail.

Who is Ajay Kanu?

Date 13 November 2005, time between 6.30 pm to 7 pm… In the middle of pink winter, a news broke from Jehanabad district of Bihar. The news was such that everyone was stunned, causing the entire administration to shake. The hands and feet of the state government also became numb. Indeed, on this day there was a major attack on the district jail of Jehanabad. More than a thousand Naxalites armed with machine guns, bombs and modern weapons attacked the jail. The Naxalites broke the jail and freed the notorious Naxalite prisoner Ajay Kanu.

A total of 341 prisoners escaped

Before the jail break, there were 658 inmates in this jail. When the district administration checked after the jail break, 341 fewer inmates were found in the jail. All had escaped. The name of the notorious Ajay Kanu was also included among these escaped prisoners. It is said that such a large number of Naxalites attacked Ajay Kanu’s jail only to escape from it. Another aspect of the picture was that the Ranveer Sena commander Binu alias Bade Sharma, who was already in jail, was killed in the incident. A policeman was also killed.

The sound of bombs and bullets could be heard up to two kilometers away.

About this incident of jail break, senior journalist Sanjay Upadhyay says that the attack by Naxalites was such that the sounds of bombs and bullets started coming about two kilometers away from the jail. Because of this, an atmosphere of fear spread throughout the area. People later came to know that Naxalites had attacked the jail. The orgy continued for about three to four hours. By then, the people of this area remained in panic throughout the night as it was already night. As soon as morning broke, all the people of the area rushed in the direction from where the sound of bombs and bullets was coming. When the people reached there, they found the prison door open.

Arrested from Jharkhand after 2 years

Naxalites attacked Jehanabad Jail to drive away Ajay Kanu. The informants even say that Ajay Kanu was the mastermind of this entire incident. Indeed, Ajay Kanu has been identified as a notorious Naxalite. He went on the run for almost 12 years in a murder case in 1990. But in 2002, he was caught by the police and sent to jail. Ajay Kanu is said to have become a Naxalite to avenge his father’s murder. Ajay Kanu, who escaped from jail in 2005, was arrested two years later in 2007 from Jharkhand. He was sent to Bhagalpur Jail in 2021. Currently, Ajay Kanu is free on bail.
