Here a husband first tried to kill his wife and when he failed, he divorced her. The only crime of this wife was that she gave birth to two daughters one after the other.
A woman who gave birth to two consecutive daughters after marriage in Rawatpur area of Kanpur was divorced by her husband. First the husband tried to kill the wife but the wife went to her parents house to save her life. The woman informed her brother about the whole matter. After hearing the sister’s ordeal, the brother registered a case with the police and demanded strict action. The in-charge of Rawatpur police station has registered a case against the woman’s accused husband and started investigation into the entire incident.
After giving birth to daughters, the husband was angry
Annoyed by his wife giving birth to daughters, the young man has given triple talaq to his wife. In this whole matter, the victim made a serious accusation against her husband and said that the husband used to quarrel and fight every day regarding the birth of daughters. The husband first tried to strangle his wife but when he could not succeed, he granted her triple talaq. The victim’s brother Aslam Ali, a resident of Syed Nagar, said that he had married his sister Seema Bano to Siraj, a resident of Siwan Chhata, Bihar, 6 years ago.
Attempted strangulation
A few days after the wedding, considering his brother-in-law’s desire to shift to his house, he bought a house for his sister in Sahar Nagar, Maswanpur, where sister Seema moved in with her husband Siraj. Seema gave birth to two daughters during this period, but Siraj, displeased with the birth of daughters, started beating Seema daily. Seema’s brother Aslam brought her to his home after she tried to strangle her sister, but on July 21, when the sister went home to get the children’s clothes, Siraj tried to strangle Seema again. After being unable to carry out this incident, husband Siraj gave Seema a triple talaq. Now the victim Seema has filed a case under serious sections against her husband in Rawatpur Police Station of Kanpur Police Commissionerate.
