Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is lodged in Tihar Jail in an alleged liquor scam case. Recently, Delhi LG Principal Secretary Vinay Kumar Saxena has written to the Chief Secretary raising questions about CM Kejriwal’s diet. In a letter, the LG Principal Secretary said that Arvind Kejriwal is deliberately eating less calories in jail. Referring to Arvind Kejriwal’s health, it has been said that he is losing weight due to low calorie intake, and questions have also been raised about Kejriwal not taking a proper diet.

CM Kejriwal is not taking proper diet

The Principal Secretary had written a letter alleging that the Chief Minister was neither taking a proper diet nor following the diet chart. The secretary said that Kejriwal did not take a proper diet between June 6 and July 13, he was not following the diet chart.

AAP responded

The LG’s principal secretary wrote a letter blaming the CM’s diet, after which the Aam Aadmi Party reacted. Minister Atishi accused the BJP and said that the BJP is plotting to kill CM Kejriwal. Informing about the CM’s health, Atishi said that CM Kejriwal’s sugar level has dropped below 50 more than 8 times, all of which could lead to CM Kejriwal going into a coma. He also said that there is a risk of brain stroke in such circumstances.

Sanjay Singh replied

AAP’s Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh also posted the matter on social media handle X. He said, what are you kidding LG sir? Does a man reduce sugar at night? Which is very dangerous. LG sir, if you don’t know about the disease then you should not write such a letter. God forbid that such a time should ever happen to you.

The next hearing will be held on July 29

Apart from bail, CM Kejriwal, who is in jail, has also challenged his arrest in the Delhi High Court. On Monday, a hearing was held in the High Court in an anti-corruption law case related to the CBI. The court has reserved its decision. After which the next bail hearing will be held on July 29.
