Ghaziabad police have unraveled a heartbreaking kidnap-murder case. According to the police, an interior designer was abducted a few days ago, then strangled to death. To dispose of the body, the killers cut the body into 5 to 6 pieces and then kept the pieces in a car and took them about 60 kilometers away and dumped them in the Ganga canal.
Police have arrested three accused in this entire case. While 6 accused are still absconding. The police interrogated the accused to recover the body parts. The police conducted a search operation for about 50 kilometers in the Ganga canal to find the body parts.
The police disclosed the abduction
According to information received from the police, Tarun Pawar, a resident of Raj Nagar Extension under Nandgram Police Station area of Ghaziabad, went missing suddenly on August 16. According to the details received by the police from his family, he left home in his car after receiving a call from someone and did not return home. Tarun’s missing complaint was filed by his father Ravindra Singh at Nandgram police station. During the investigation, the police came to know that the case was not the disappearance of the interior designer but abduction.
The woman called on the phone
The police said that the entire incident of the murder of the interior designer took place in relation to a woman. That lady used to talk to many people and also had relations with many people. The divorce case of that woman is also going on from her husband. Giving information, the police said that the woman was closest to her brother-in-law Akshay. Akshay came to know that his sister-in-law was growing close to the interior designer. Akshay did not want her to talk to Tarun, so to get Tarun out of the way, on 16 August he invited Tarun to his sister-in-law’s house in Morata village. Where Tarun reached with his car. As the car could not go to where the room was made, Tarun kept his car far away and went to the room on foot.
After entering the room, everyone first drank alcohol and after getting drunk, the youth strangled him to death with a rope in a closed room. To dispose of Tarun’s body, the killer cut it into 5 to 6 pieces with a shovel and then hid his body in a mattress. About 60 kilometers from Ghaziabad, Babu drowned in a canal at Garh. Police have arrested three accused including a woman in the murder case while 6 accused are still absconding.
Police arrested three people
Informing during the press conference, DCP said that three close friends of Tarun have been detained on charges of murder. When the trio were interrogated, the trio confessed to killing Tarun. The arrested accused have told the police that they strangled Tarun to death in Ghaziabad itself, then took his body to the Babugarh canal in Hapud district, cut it into 5 to 6 pieces and floated it in the Ganga canal. Tarun’s car was brought back and parked in Ghaziabad.
