It has been almost a week since the death of a student of Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College. Sanjay Rai, a civilian volunteer of the Kolkata Police, has been arrested on charges of murder and rape. Now the CBI is investigating the case on the orders of the Calcutta High Court. College principal Sandeep Ghosh and others are being interrogated, but now the statement of the deceased’s father has come out. He has expressed dissatisfaction over the progress of the investigation into the death of the deceased. It is also suspected that someone from the college department is involved in this murder.
Speaking to ANI, the father of the deceased student said that an investigation is underway. No results yet. In such a situation what else can they do but hope?

When asked if there was any discussion with the principal or hospital management. He said he didn’t talk to me at all. The department and the college did not cooperate with me. The police did nothing but apply ointment

Regarding the hasty cremation of the deceased, he said three bodies fell during the cremation, but his daughter’s body was cremated first. At that time we were devastated. Couldn’t understand anything. He said that the local MLA is always with him. Everyone was in a hurry to apply ointment.
CM is not happy with Mamata’s role
The victim’s father said, “Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee talks so much. Protests are taking place on the roads. They say they want justice. She is again trying to stop the movement. Is he afraid of ordinary people?
“We are very saddened by this,” he said. Not happy with Chief Minister’s role. He talked about giving compensation, but he said that after getting the sentence, they will go to him and talk about compensation. First aid in getting justice.

Police have arrested an accused civilian volunteer on charges of rape and murder, but family members are alleging that more people are involved. Now CBI is investigating this matter.
