A touching case has come to light from Katihar in Bihar. A sensational incident of killing a young man took place here. The case is from Abadpur police station area. A young man used to live in New Delhi with his entire family but was living alone at his ancestral home in Abadpur, Katihar for the past two months. Meanwhile, suddenly on the morning of September 24, his body was found in the courtyard of the house.
In this way, the body of the young man was found and there was a sensation in the area. This news was hurriedly conveyed to the father of the deceased, Sunil Basak, who lives in Delhi. When the entire family reached Chandpada in Abadpur Police Station area from Delhi, there was an outcry over the death of their young son Raja Mandal. On enquiry, the family members came to know that the king was in love with the daughter of Kinkar Pramanik, who lived nearby.
There was a fight with the king
On further investigation, it was revealed that the king had quarrels in the past as well. The issue that was disputed was love. On the evening of 23 September, Kinkar Pramanik and his daughter along with their relatives beat the king badly, which was witnessed by the people nearby. On getting information about the incident on September 24, the police reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it for postmortem and started further investigation. According to Sunil Basak, the father of the deceased youth, his son Kinkar was in love with Pramanik’s daughter which was not liked by the family.
Father accused of murder
The father alleged that the family did not want the king to meet their daughter, so they killed her together. Shailesh Kumar Singh, in-charge of Abadpur Police Station, said that an application has been submitted to the police station by the father of the youth. A forensic team has been contacted to investigate the matter. More details on the case will emerge soon.
