Monsoon Rain Has Become A Disaster… Conditions Are Bad In Delhi-UP, Know How The Weather Will Be Across The Country.


Monsoon is active across the country. Rain is continuing in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh including national capital Delhi. Delhi is experiencing waterlogging due to rain on Wednesday, due to which people are facing traffic jams. The Meteorological Department has predicted light rain on Thursday. According to IMD, a red alert has been issued in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in view of heavy rains.

Heavy rains lashed Delhi-NCR on Thursday. In the afternoon, the sky was covered with thick clouds. Heavy rains lashed several districts of Delhi, Haryana and UP till late evening. Rains drenched people in Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Meerut. Heavy rains followed by drizzle continued till late evening in Delhi, making traffic jams miserable till late night. The underpass was flooded due to rain. Delhi MCD is busy improving water supply and sanitation systems.

Heavy rain will occur in Uttar Pradesh

On Wednesday, many districts of Uttar Pradesh were shocked due to heavy rains. The rain started in the morning and continued till late evening. The Meteorological Department has predicted that rainy conditions will continue in the coming days. According to IMD, scattered rain is likely over West Uttar Pradesh on Thursday and East Uttar Pradesh on Friday. Apart from this, most of the districts may experience light to moderate rains. Heavy rain is also possible in some areas.

Rains also in Bihar, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh

The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains in Rajasthan, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh. There is a heavy rain alert in many districts including Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. Monsoon will be active in the districts of East Rajasthan due to which heavy rainfall will occur in these areas. There was heavy rain in Bihar on Wednesday. Light rain is likely in south-east and north-west parts of the state on Thursday. Eastern areas of Madhya Pradesh may experience heavy rain on Thursday and Friday.

Heavy rain from mountains to plains

A yellow alert has been issued in the hill states due to rain. Scattered to widespread light-moderate rain is forecast over Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi may receive scattered rain during the week. Heavy rain is likely at some places in Chhattisgarh during the next 7 days.

Heavy rains are predicted in the ghat region of Madhya Maharashtra between September 6 and 8 and Gujarat between September 4 and 8. The Meteorological Department has predicted widespread light-moderate rains in coastal Karnataka and Kerala of southern peninsular India. Apart from this, coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana will also witness rainy conditions.
