MUMBAI: Society member Aditya Desai shows his thumb
A shocking incident has come to light in a society in Dahisar West, Mumbai. Here, during the meeting of the society, the chairman had a heated argument with the member. The argument soon turned into a fight. The chairman of the society then pushed the member to the ground and then sat on his chest and beat him by biting his left thumb. The aggrieved member has lodged a complaint with the police.
The police is investigating the matter based on the complaint. The case is of Amarnath Apartment Society located in Mhatre Wadi. Society Chairman Nityanand Parihar called a meeting of the members on Sunday afternoon. All the members presented their views in this meeting. Meanwhile, member Aditya Desai presented his problem and held the chairman responsible for this. There was a lot of discussion between the two regarding this matter.

In no time the dispute escalated to such an extent that the chairman of the society got up from his seat and pushed Aditya Desai to the ground. Even after this, Chairman Nityananda Parihar was not satisfied and sat on Aditya Desai’s chest and beat him. When Aditya Desai tried to stop him, the chairman chewed his thumb with his teeth. Aditya Desai’s thumb was split in two in this incident. After this incident, the people present at the spot hurriedly took Aditya Desai to the hospital.

Seeing the condition of Aditya Desai, the doctors of the hospital immediately admitted him. However, he was later discharged from the hospital after being given ointment and first aid, after which he lodged a complaint with the police. According to the police, based on the complaint, a case has been registered against the chairman of the society. With this, the police have started investigating the entire incident. The police said that the chairman of the society can be arrested if the allegations are proved during the investigation of the case.
