Almost two years after Pant’s accident, another Indian cricketer, Mushir Khan, has been a victim of a car accident. According to reports, Mushir was traveling from Azamgarh to Lucknow with his father Naushad Khan for an Irani Cup match. Then his car met with an accident. During this his car overturned about 4 to 5 times, due to which he got neck injury. Due to which he can stay out of the field for 1.5 to 3 months.
Who is Mushir Khan?
19-year-old Mushir Khan was born in Azamgarh district of UP. However, his childhood was spent in Mumbai. Mushir plays for Mumbai in domestic cricket, while his brother Sarfraz Khan plays for Team India. At the age of just 17, he made his domestic cricket debut for Mumbai in 2022. He was also selected for the Under-19 World Cup after his impressive performance in domestic cricket, where he scored 360 runs at an average of 60 in 7 matches. It also includes 2 centuries and a half century.

Mushir broke Sachin’s record at a young age and created a distinct identity for himself. From 2024, he scored a century in the Ranji Trophy final to help Mumbai win the trophy. Along with this, he also became the youngest batsman to score a century in a Ranji Trophy final, breaking Sachin’s record. Mushir Khan played an innings of 181 runs in the debut match of Duleep Trophy. With this inning, he broke another record of Sachin’s. Sachin played an innings of 159 runs in the debut match of the Duleep Trophy.
Yuvraj was out, then spent the night on the platform
Mushir Khan has been leaving his mark of talent since childhood. His father has contributed a lot to this. When Mushir was just 8 years old, he dismissed Yuvraj Singh. In fact, before the Kanga Cricket League in 2013, Mushir Khan went to play a practice match. India’s legendary all-rounder Yuvraj Singh was also present in it.

After this match, his father and Mushir had to sleep on the railway station platform. Because Mushir Khan was supposed to return home that night but missed his train. His father did not have money to stay in a hotel. So both of them had to sleep on the platform itself.
