Nitish Gets Crooked Vision And Demotion, Story Of BJP Leaders Before Badshah

After the Lok Sabha elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party has removed Samrat Chaudhary from the post of Bihar state president. Many reasons are being given for Samrat Chaudhary’s removal, but the most important reason is his lack of rapport with Nitish Kumar. In Bihar politics, Samrat Chaudhary is considered as the opposition leader of Nitish.

Apart from the arithmetic of political pundits, the Bihar BJP has had several leaders before, who were removed by the high command because of Nitish Kumar. Some of these leaders became influential in politics in later days while others faded into the background.

In this story, apart from Samrat, know the story of Bihar BJP leaders…

Let’s start with Chandramohan Roy

When Nitish Kumar’s government was formed in 2005, Chandramohan Roy was inducted from the BJP quota. Rai was given the charge of the Ministry of Health. All was well for Rai initially, but around 2007, he became a target of Nitish.

In 2008, when Nitish Kumar reshuffled the cabinet, Rai was dropped. Rai’s resignation has created an uproar in the Bihar BJP. The dispute reached Delhi, but the High Command hushed up the matter.

After this, Rai remained in the background of politics. He neither got any major position in the Bihar cabinet nor in the politics of the country. In the year 2015, Rai was also shown the way out of the party.

Even CP Thakur did not get a chance

Before the 2010 assembly elections, CP Thakur got the BJP command. At that time BJP was in alliance with JDU. There was a tussle between CP Thakur and Nitish Kumar during the seat sharing, after which Nitish approached the BJP high command directly.

According to the agreement, the High Command gave the Digha seat in Patna to Nitish. Displeased with this, CP Thakur resigned in the middle of the election. It is said that Thakur gave this resignation in the politics of pressure, but Nitish did not budge.

In the 2010 assembly elections, the NDA got a landslide victory. Nitish Kumar became the Chief Minister for the third time. There was speculation that Thakur would get a big post in the government, but Nitish Kumar expressed his desire to work with Sushil Modi. The high command accepted his request and CP Thakur remained in the organisation.

Gopal Narayan Singh also remained on the sideline

Gopal Narayan Singh, who was once a strong leader of BJP, was also removed by BJP like Badshah. Actually, the assembly elections were to be held in the year 2005. Gopal Narayan Singh was the president from BJP. He was considered the face of the party inside and outside, but was ousted just 3 months before the elections.

Sushil Modi was made the state president in place of Singh. In 2005 BJP and JDU formed the government and Sushil Modi was made Deputy CM. As long as BJP and JDU were in power, Gopal Narayan Singh remained in the shunting zone.

In the year 2016, BJP sent Gopal Narayan Singh to the Rajya Sabha. After becoming a Rajya Sabha MP, Singh spoke highly of Nitish.
