No More Loan Recovery From Teachers, Banda Co-operative Bank Withdraws Order

The bank has withdrawn the loan recovery decision from the teachers.

After the High Court’s decision, banks started putting pressure on teachers for loan recovery. Now the secretary of the co-operative bank has written a letter and issued new orders. The letter said that the letter issued earlier has been cancelled. So it should be considered normal.

The letter from the secretary of Banda Cooperative Bank states that the earlier letter was issued in the case of loan recovery. It has been cancelled. This means that teachers will not be forced to recover loans. In Banda, the bank issued instructions for recovery of the loan. A co-operative bank granted loans to a large number of assistant teachers, after which a letter was issued by the secretary of the bank to compel repayment.
