Hina Khan is currently undergoing the third stage of breast cancer. Recently, Hina Khan shared a post on Mahima Chaudhary’s birthday, in which she was seen praising Mahima. In the post, Hina told how Mahima came to see her during her first chemotherapy and supported her through this difficult time. Recently, Mahima Chaudhary said that she had advised Hina not to go to America for cancer treatment.

Actress Mahima Chaudhary opened up about her bonding with Hina Khan and cancer in an interview to India Today. Mahima told how she advised Hina Khan to get her treatment in India itself.

Recalling her meeting with Hina, Mahima said, “I met Hina at a party and then let me tell you that Hina Khan approached her after her cancer diagnosis. Hina told me that she was thinking of going to America for treatment. Then I told Hina that I am also going to America, but you should be treated in India and not in America.

That is why I refused to go to America

Further in the interview, Mahima Chaudhary revealed why she advised Hina Khan not to go to America for cancer treatment. Mahima said, “It is a very bad experience when you are undergoing treatment. I advised Hina to get her treatment in Bombay (Mumbai). Cancer medicine is the same whether you take it here or in America. There will be the same doctors, the same drugs and the same treatment. So why leave your family and friends and go somewhere else when we have everything in India.
