Pashupati Paras and Chirag Paswan

Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party (RLJPA) chief and former Union Minister Pashupati Kumar Paras has ruled out any possibility of reconciliation with nephew and Union Minister Chirag Paswan. During an interview on Sunday, he said it was too late to reconcile with Chirag. He made it clear that this can never happen now and there is no room left for compromise.

Pashupati Paras said that when his elder brother and Ram Vilas Paswan were alive, there was no rift between the two brothers. But that is not the case now. He said that when parties break, they can unite, but when hearts break, they cannot unite again.

‘There was a rift between both the family and the party’

Paras further said that earlier the family was united and the Lok Janshakti Party was fully organised, but now the situation has changed. It is unfortunate that after the death of Ram Vilas Paswan, there was a rift between the family and the party and the two separated. Paras said that the reason for the split in the party is well known.

Along with this, the Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party chief completely rejected the comments of the opposition, especially RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav and his sister Rohini Acharya, on NDA unity. He made it clear that the coalition is completely united and there is no difference. Praising the PM, he said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the unanimous leader of the entire country and he speaks for everyone’s interest.

Further, the former Union minister said that around three weeks ago, he met BJP’s Bihar unit chief Dilip Jaiswal in Patna, after which he got an opportunity to meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi. Paras said that in the meantime there was a discussion about the assembly elections to be held in Bihar in 2025.
