First let us understand the latest case… Head Constable Tanuj Chahar posted in Aligarh of Uttar Pradesh has been arrested by Jaipur Police from Agra forest. A case of child abduction has been registered against him. A child has also been recovered from him. Police brought Tanuj to Jaipur and abducted the child from Sanganer area of Jaipur on 14 June 2023. The police called the child’s family to the police station. When the child was handed over to him, he began to cry loudly. He clung to his chest when he was taken to his kidnapper Tanuj. When the policemen took the child back, he started crying. Seeing him, the kidnapper also started crying. Police handed over the child to her mother.

Actually this whole matter is a love affair. According to kidnapper Tanuj Chahar, the child he kidnapped is his aunt’s daughter. He loves his aunt’s daughter. Love even to the point of obsession. Their family members came to know about their love affair. This was opposed and both got married separately. Tanuj was a constable in the UP Police and was posted as Head Constable in Aligarh. The memories of his lover had settled in his heart. He was not able to forget her.

Abduction of lover’s son
To avenge his girlfriend, he kidnapped her 11-month-old innocent son. He kidnapped the innocent child and brought him to Uttar Pradesh. On the other hand, the Jaipur police registered a case of kidnapping based on the complaint. Police raided several places of Tanuj in UP but he was not found. When the Aligarh police got this information, Tanuj was suspended.

Tanuj wandered around Mathura and Vrindavan with the child. Meanwhile, to avoid the police and hide his identity, he disguised himself as a monk and started walking around with the child disguised as Krishna. He kept the child very fondly and took full care of him. As he himself was in the police, he took all measures to escape. The police put Tanuj’s number on surveillance but he did not hesitate to use the mobile and SIM he was talking to. The police could not trace his location.

Seeing the police, Tanuj started running away. He was arrested from a forest near Agra. Kidnapper Tanuj is now in police custody after being caught. He is claiming that the child is his. Let him have it. He says that if the police want, the child and his DNA can be tested. On the other hand, the child’s mother does not want to have anything to do with the accused. Currently, the accused is in police remand.
