Congress leader Rahul Gandhi recently made a statement during his American tour regarding the abolition of reservations in India. He said that the Congress would consider abolishing reservations only when all the people of the country start getting equal opportunities, although that is not the case in India, for which many BJP leaders criticized Rahul Gandhi. Now Union Minister of State Ramdas Athavale has also targeted Rahul Gandhi on this issue.
Ramdas Athavale said in a press conference that if Rahul Gandhi talks about abolishing reservation, his Congress party will perish but reservation will not perish, no one can abolish reservation as long as we are in power. Rahul Gandhi should leave childishness. It is not right to go outside the country and criticize the country. Rahul Gandhi’s speech will not end reservation because his government will not come.
Issue of passport cancellation
Not only this, he also talked about canceling Rahul Gandhi’s passport. Ramdas Athavale said that Rahul Gandhi should not go abroad and make such statements about the country. Rahul Gandhi does not like this. So Rahul Gandhi’s passport should be cancelled. Apart from this, he also said that Ajit Pawar has not caused any harm to the Grand Alliance. Ajit Pawar also has a stake in 17 Lok Sabha seats but Raj Thackeray has nothing to do with the Grand Alliance.
