Ladoo from Thaggoo, a sweet shop in Kanpur, needs no introduction. The motto of this shop is that there is no one who has not been cheated. But now there is a cloud of trouble over this shop. The food safety officer has issued a notice to the shop and sought a reply. The district food safety officer has issued this action after raiding the shop two days ago. During the raid, filth was found everywhere in the factory of the shop.
Keeping in view the upcoming festivals, the Food Safety Department in Kanpur has launched a special campaign in the district. As part of this campaign, the departmental officials are checking all the small and big shops open in the district and taking samples of the food available there. In this order, the team of Food Safety Department reached the famous shop Thagguna Ladoo in Kanpur. Meanwhile, the team filled 6 samples of various sweets present in the shop. Meanwhile, the officials also inspected the shop’s factory.
Garbage was found in the factory
In this, we saw the process of sweet making and measures to maintain cleanliness in it. Garbage was seen lying in many places. In such a situation, the team of the food safety department has made a video of the factory and on the basis of this video has given a notice to the shop owner. They have been ordered to rectify all defects immediately. The owner of Thagguna Ladoo said that this routine checking has been done by the department. There is no problem with this.

On the other hand, according to the food safety officer, samples are being taken from all the shops in the district. Samples have also been taken from Thagguna Ladoo in the same order. All these samples have been sent to the laboratory for testing. Further action will be taken after receiving the report from there. He said that this exercise is being done to ensure that the citizens get healthy sweets during the upcoming festivals. This action will create fear among the adulterers.
