This case is from a village in Thana Shahi area of ​​Bareilly district. According to the victim’s mother, a village youth lured her minor daughter away. He went to the police station and complained to the police about this. But no report was filed against him. The accused youth returned to the village with his daughter. The old people of the village sat together and held a panchayat and got his daughter married to the accused youth.

Husband gave triple talaq

Allegedly everything went well for a few days. Later the young man gave triple talaq to his daughter. When he was opposed, a panchayat was organized and his daughter was again married to the accused boy. But before this, his daughter’s halala, a resident of Sibiganj, was arranged with the youth’s brother-in-law. After which both got married again. During the decision in the panchayat it was also said that the money would be given to his daughter.

Brother-in-law raped

It is alleged that when the girl reached her in-laws, her brother-in-law raped her. When he complained about this, he was beaten and thrown out of the house. The victim complained about this to the police, but no action was taken. When the police did not take action in the case, the victim reached the IG office with her mother. After which IG Rakesh Kumar took notice of the entire matter and ordered to file a report. The police have registered a complaint against the accused and are investigating the entire matter. In this matter, the head of the police station, Amit Kumar Balyan, said that after registering the report, the matter is being investigated.
