Raveena Tandon and Shah Rukh Khan
Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon is in the limelight these days for her latest OTT release ‘Ghoodchadi’. She is seen with Sanjay Dutt in this film. Meanwhile, Raveena recalled her old days in an interview and told how she rejected a film with Shah Rukh Khan. Meanwhile, he also revealed the reason for rejecting the film and what Shah Rukh told him when he said no to the film.
Raveena Tandon said, “There was a film with Shahrukh Khan. I had almost signed the film before there was any discussion about my costume. The costumes were really fantastic. I don’t feel comfortable wearing it. I thought it was very offensive.”
Apologetically declined
Raveena Tandon said that she refused to do the film after apologizing. Seeing this, Shahrukh Khan was totally surprised and said, “Are you crazy? Why are you rejecting this film now?” Raveena said that they were doing a film together at the time. She said, “We were already doing a film, the music of which was very good. The film was called Jaadu. We made the world crazy, we got used to being together.”

Meanwhile, Raveena Tandon praised Shah Rukh Khan a lot. He said, “I think Shah Rukh is very funny, warm and a great actor to work with. He is a great guy no doubt. I said, ‘Shah (that’s what I used to call him at first) I can’t wear those clothes. I would find it very funny and witty.”
Meanwhile, Raveena Tandon also talked about her song Tip Tip Barsa Paani, in which she was seen with Akshay Kumar. He said that I have done that song, but never in weird clothes. However, he said he had problems with the films he left. Raveena confirmed the entire story, but did not reveal the name of the film which she denied.
Raveena also rejected these films with Shah Rukh
This is not the first time that Raveena Tandon has rejected a film with Shah Rukh Khan. He refused to act in the 1993 film Dar. Later, Juhi Chawla was cast in the film. He said in an interview to ANI that he was the first choice for the film, but he did not find some scenes in the film comfortable, so he declined. Apart from this, he was also offered a role in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. But later that role was played by Rani Mukherjee.
