The family of the deceased child said that Parmal Singh had gone to the farm with his four-year-old grandson Vishant at Majre Kazipura in Islamnagar district late on Thursday evening. Parmal started doing some work in the field and the child started playing. Then suddenly four or five ferocious dogs came from the nearby garden, surrounded the child and attacked him. The child was knocked down by the attack of the dogs. she screamed. Parmal Singh and other neighbors rushed towards the child after hearing the child’s cry. By then the dogs had ripped open the baby’s stomach.
Fear of dogs has spread among people
People somehow saved Vishant from the dogs. He was seriously injured. He was taken to a hospital in Saharanpur. Where the doctors declared him dead.
