All four accused were identified

According to the police, the arrested miscreants have been identified as Dilshad Baig, son of Mohammadshah and Arbaaz, son of Mohammadshah, residents of Alanpur. The miscreants who fled the scene have been identified as Salman son of Sajjad resident of Aminpur and Gudun son of Mohammad Shah resident of Alanpur. In this case, the police have registered a case against the four accused under sections of the Cruelty to Animals Act and for obstructing government work.
