Strict action is being taken against the main accused in the rape of a minor girl in Bhadarsa, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The bulldozer of district administration will roar once again. One-third of the illegal constructions of the main accused will be demolished on Thursday. The family of the accused has approached the High Court to stop the bulldozer. The accused is also accused of trespassing on government land.
The district administration is in a mood to act before the stay of the High Court. Full preparations have been made by the administration. Bulldozer action will be taken to demolish illegal constructions. Earlier, a bulldozer was run on the bakery of accused Moid Khan. Besides, the property of the accused was also measured by the revenue department. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath raised this matter in the Assembly. The CM also met the victim’s family. An FIR was also lodged against the accused for threatening the victim’s family.
The family approached the High Court to seek a stay.
The Ayodhya district administration will bulldoze the shopping complex of Moid Khan, the prime accused in the Bhadarsa gang-rape case, on Thursday. For this the police and administrative officials have evacuated the shopping complex. Moeed is accused of illegal construction of this shopping complex on lake land. His family has moved the High Court to get a stay on the shopping complex. Before that, the district administration is preparing for bulldozer operation.
