A BJP executive meeting is being held in Lucknow.

BJP’s performance in Uttar Pradesh was disappointing in the Lok Sabha elections. Compared to 2019, the party has reduced from 62 seats to 33 seats. A BJP state executive meeting is being held in Lucknow to brainstorm on these results. Along with brainstorming the results of the Lok Sabha elections, the by-elections to be held in 10 seats of UP and the assembly elections of 2027 will also be discussed in the meeting. On the other hand, party officials who attended the meeting say that something is not right in UP. Mandal president Siyaraj from Prayagraj and Bachhat Morcha president Subhash Patel say workers’ morale is broken, officials are running the government and ministers are helpless. He says that no one will say anything here but this way the party will lose.

The opposition accused him of making false statements

Former MP Kaushal Kishor, who was a minister in the Modi government, says that we lost because of the sloganeering of the opposition and some people in the party. He said that after the statement of Faizabad MP Lallu Singh during the election, the condition of the party deteriorated. MP Vinod Sonkar says that the reason for the defeat in UP was the constitution and abolition of reservation made by the opposition and he said that this time the slogan of 400 par was also the reason for the defeat. Not only this, he has also accused some party people of sedition.
