According to the information, a person was staying with his family in a hotel located in Sector-49 of Noida. When the hotel staff asked him to pay the bill, he started showing arrogance by calling himself a RAW agent and got angry at the hotel staff. The man started calling himself an officer of RAW, the Indian spy agency.
Police arrested on suspicion
When the man became enraged and created a ruckus in the hotel, the hotel manager informed the police. When the police reached the spot and interrogated the youth, they became suspicious. Based on the suspicion, the police started an in-depth investigation. During the investigation, the police found that the accused person was pressurizing people at different places and wrongfully taking advantage of them by posing as a RAW agent. After interrogation, the police have arrested the accused.
The hotel staff informed the police
Giving information about the case, Additional DCP Manish Kumar said that a person named Indranil Roy was staying with his family in a hotel located in the police station area of Sector-49. When the hotel staff asked for money, he identified himself as a senior official and said that he worked for RAW. When the hotel staff became suspicious, they informed the police about this.
A fake ID card has been recovered from the accused
The police team reached the spot and interrogated the accused. During the interrogation, the address written on the youth’s Aadhaar card was revealed to be from West Bengal. Aadhaar card, passport and ID card of a fake RAW agent have been recovered from the accused. He used to pressure people by showing fake ID cards and took advantage of them.
