A shameful case has come to light from Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh. In CBiganj area of the district, the stepfather along with his partner tried to rape the daughter. When the daughter protested, she was beaten. She ran away from them and came to her mother. The accused also beat up the daughter and her mother. The victim’s mother and daughter filed a complaint with the police. The police have registered a case against five people and started searching for the accused.
All the accused are absconding. Police teams are conducting raids to nab the accused. The victim alleged that her stepfather had his accomplices beat her and her mother. The police have conducted a medical examination of the victim. His mother remarried. She was divorced from her first husband.
The stepfather was caught with the intention of rape
The victim, a resident of CBiganj police station area, said that her mother was divorced. She has two sons and a daughter from her first husband. After the divorce, her first husband took a son with him. A son and a daughter live with him. When the economic situation weakened, the woman remarried. Allegedly, his stepfather started keeping an evil eye on him. During this time, she went to a religious place, when her stepfather came there with his partner and tried to rape her. As soon as he raised the alarm, the accused fled from there.
Mother and daughter beaten
The victim somehow escaped from the accused and reached her home. It is alleged that after coming home, he told his mother about the incident. When the daughter reached the house of the accused to protest with her mother, both of them assaulted her. The victim complained to the police. Police have filed a complaint against five people in this case. An investigation into the entire matter has been started. A police team has been formed to nab the accused. All the accused are still absconding. Police have sent the victim for medical examination.
