Ever since the release of ‘Stree 2’ everyone is looking for Sirkate. The whole country wants to know who is this idiot who manipulates women? But the makers or actors of the film have not revealed this yet. But are we? For the first time on the platform of TV9 Hindi Digital we are going to reveal the secret of Sarkate with you. According to exclusive information from sources, the face with which Sircut has been shot in ‘Stree 2’ is not a real face but a face created by a team of prosthetic makeup artists.

Yes, as per the information we got, the makers made a sketch of Sirkata and after making this sketch, a person was searched whose face could be used for the VFX version of Sirkata. A sportsman’s profile then matched this head. He was called and with the help of his face a prosthetic face was made and then this face was modeled into Sirkat’s look. That is, with the proper use of VFX and CGI with this prosthetic face, a Sirkata-like monster was created for the film.

Sirkat’s face is inspired by this person

Yes, the head everyone was waiting for turned out to be a prosthetic and CGI face. But it took a lot of hard work to make it. Using a human face, a team of 3-4 make-up artists worked on his artificial face and then carved it into the monster’s face. Then after shooting with that monster, using VFX and CGI, the face was made so scary that people in theaters would scream at the sight of it. However, no explanation has yet been given by Stree’s team regarding Sirkata’s transition from human to monster.

Prosthetic makeup is used in horror films

Before Stree 2, makeup artist Atish and his team have also worked in ‘Munjya’ and ‘Kakuda’. In ‘Munjya’ he created prosthetics for Sharvari Wala and worked on the look of Mahesh Jadhav who plays Kakuda. In fact, prosthetics are used all the time in horror comedies. Despite the advent of many technologies like VFX and CGI, producers mostly use traditional prosthetics to make their artwork effective.

A real hero working behind the camera

In the review of Stree 2 I wrote that the real hero of this film Sliding Yes, because the film is making waves because of its horror. But it often happens in films that the people working behind the camera are not given due credit. Around 200 to 300 people work on a film, including many people like make-up artists, spot boys, VFX, stylists, creative directors etc. If none of these are present, making a film is not only difficult, but impossible.
